Solving the possible startup problems with CacheMaps 4.1.0

Install 4.1.1 (as soon as available) or update your CacheMaps.ini file manually as described below.

1. Backup your original CacheMaps.ini file (contains your settings and registration information)
2. Copy the CacheMap.ininew file to CacheMaps.ini 
3. Copy at least your registration information from the original CacheMaps.ini file (which is now renamed) 
	to this new CacheMaps.ini file
4. Check if other settings are important to you and copy these to the new CacheMaps.ini file. 
	These settings can also be made again using CacheMaps.
5. Rename/remove/delete the CacheMaps.ininew file

The following files can be deleted/removed after having created the new CacheMaps.ini file:
CacheMaps.ininew (must be deleted/removed)
CacheMaps.ininew.org
CacheMaps.ini.org
